Buffy's bedroom

One of the few surviving sets from season one. Buffy's room includes windows, which were frequently used like doors. Her room is decorated with posters which do change on occasion, but basically the room remains the same.

Dawn's Bedroom

When Dawn was introduced in season five, a spare room upstairs was converted to her bedroom. Michelle Trachtenburg, who plays Dawn, was asked what color she thought Dawn would like her room to be, and since her favorite color is purple, that is the color that Dawn's room also features.

The Factory

First introduced as the Anointed One's lair in season two, it was soon taken over by Spike and Dru when they moved into Sunnydale. Giles burnt it down after Angelus killed his girlfriend Jenny Calendar in Passion.

Giles's Apartment

Another set that was introduced during season two was Giles' apartment. Angelus left Jenny's body upstairs for Giles to find. After the library blew up, the gang would meet here to research before Giles bought the Magic Box.

Cemetery

Being the Slayer, Buffy spends a lot of time patrolling in the cemetery. During season one, they filmed at a real cemetery. But in the following seasons, they created a set so Sarah Michelle Gellar didn't have to freak out everytime they went to film.

The Magic Box

After sitting around doing nothing during season four, Giles bought the Magic Box in season five as a source of income and something for him to do. In Sunnydale, the owners of the magic shop have an odd tendency to turn up dead. Lucky for Giles that he has a slayer to protect him.

Spike's Crypt

When Spike returned to Sunnydale in season four, he needed a new place to live. So he moved into this crypt which has a set of rooms below where he sleeps and had a secret shrine to Buffy during season five. His rooms were blown up by Buffy in season six to destroy a group of bady demons which Spike was storing down there.
